As we continue to strengthen our brand and creative direction, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Studio team.
The role
As Graphic Designer, you help shape and translate the POLSPOTTEN world across both digital and physical touchpoints. From packaging and newsletters to campaign decks, event materials, and social content — you understand how to create visual consistency while keeping things fresh, expressive, and commercially relevant.
You combine a strong eye for design with a practical and collaborative mindset. You are comfortable working across different types of projects simultaneously and know how to balance creativity with deadlines and business needs.
You work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing team, Product Development team, external partners, and suppliers.

The role
As Graphic Designer, you help shape and translate the POLSPOTTEN world across both digital and physical touchpoints. From packaging and newsletters to campaign decks, event materials, and social content — you understand how to create visual consistency while keeping things fresh, expressive, and commercially relevant.
You combine a strong eye for design with a practical and collaborative mindset. You are comfortable working across different types of projects simultaneously and know how to balance creativity with deadlines and business needs.
You work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing team, Product Development team, external partners, and suppliers.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop packaging for a broad range of product categories
- Create seasonal sales decks and support commercial presentations
- Develop printed materials for events and fairs, including invitations, flyers, signage, business cards, goodie bags, and special graphics or logos
- Create and adapt assets for social media and paid advertising campaigns
- Design newsletters and support website-related visual needs
- Support the Management Team with presentations and visual storytelling
- Create and prepare PR-related assets and materials
Who you are

- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working with feedback and input from different stakeholders
- Curious, open-minded, and visually sharp
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
- Able to switch between conceptual thinking and detail-focused execution
- Passionate about branding, typography, imagery, materials, and visual storytelling
Your experience
- Significant experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within interiors, fashion, lifestyle, or design-driven brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print work
- Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Skills in Canva and Figma are a plus
- Experience with packaging design and print production
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with a wider creative vision
