Goal of the Role
As our E-commerce Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our B2C webshop and B2B portal.
You will ensure seamless content management, a flawless order-to-cash process, and an outstanding customer experience.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll work closely with the E-commerce Lead and marketing team to set up personalized campaigns and identify opportunities for sustainable growth and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Content & Catalog Management: Maintain and optimize content pages and the online catalog for our B2C webshop and B2B portal.
- Order Handling & Aftersales: Oversee the full order-to-cash flow, including order processing, returns, refunds, and aftersales support.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the E-commerce Lead on personalized online campaigns across channels such as email, website, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Performance Analysis: Set up online dashboards, perform monthly data analyses, and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve the operational and functional e-commerce processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and support the store team plus part-time students handling online customer service and order management.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in operational and functional e-commerce management
- Data-driven and pragmatic problem-solver with strong organizational skills
- Confident communicator in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) is a plus
- Knowledge of finance or logistics within retail/wholesale is considered an advantage
- Able to think long-term, driving sustainable improvements and scalable solutions
