Your Role:

As a People & Organization Advisor, you will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities for two locations (Beverwijk and Breda). You will balance operational, tactical, and strategic tasks, focusing on professionalizing HR processes and supporting management in policy formulation and cultural change. You will actively contribute to our growth ambitions.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Projects:
  • Develop and implement initiatives, such as setting up a salary structure and implementing a structured performance management system, including appraisal cycles and development discussions.

Culture Development:
  • Collaborate with management to drive cultural change and actively involve employees in our sustainable mission.

Talent Development:
  • Advise on learning and development opportunities to help employees grow within our organization.

Recruitment:
  • Guide the recruitment process and support attracting and retaining talent.

Sick Leave Management:
  • Develop absence policies and manage absence cases in collaboration with external partners.

Advice and Support:
  • Act as a sparring partner for management on HR issues and organizational development.

Legal and Administrative Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Employee Benefits:
  • Manage and optimize the reward policy, including salary structures, bonuses, secondary benefits, and pension schemes.

HR Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor HR KPIs and report periodically on personnel matters to management.

What You Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a similar field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably in a scale-up or rapidly growing organization.

  • Strong communication skills and organizational sensitivity; you understand the dynamics of a growing organization.

  • Affinity with sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

  • A proactive attitude, solution-oriented approach, and the ability to switch between operational and tactical/strategic tasks.

  • Willingness to change: flexible and adaptable to work in an ever-changing organizational environment.

  • Analytical skills: proficient in analyzing data and HR information to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
