In the Mixing Department, we create high-quality emulsions for our customers. These emulsions form the basis of our customers' success.

Due to our growth, we are looking for a skilled professional to join this department.

If you have a passion for cooking and technical skills, we can teach you the trade.

The core responsibility is the production of mainly creams according to protocols, ensuring the correct specifications such as viscosity and pH. The process involves weighing raw materials, adding them into the production kettle (ranging from 30 kg to 1,200 kg), and depending on the phase, heating, mixing, stirring, and/or cooling.

• Preparing products according to the schedule and specifications

• Weighing raw materials in the Weighing Room

• Sampling the prepared bulk

• Accurately maintaining required records

• Cleaning the used equipment and areas, and performing checks

• Completed MBO 4-level education (for example, De Rooi Pannen Horeca Cook), or equivalent MBO work and thinking level through relevant experience

• Experience in process-oriented work and knowledge of process technology

• Experience working within a Quality System framework

• Candidates willing to learn the trade within Girasol are encouraged, however, candidates with pharmaceutical production experience are a plus

• Affinity with cooking/preparation

• A clean and organized team player with excellent communication skills, who is proactive, quality-focused, accurate, and result-driven

• Candidates with technical insight, and who prioritize cleanliness and order

• Willingness to follow training or courses relevant to the role

• Experience with Excel, Word, and an ERP system
